Seed Bed Preparation

Getting off to a good start today puts more money in your pocket tomorrow.

How do I create the best seed bed for my operation?
By studying the seed bed conditions, residue levels and surface soil tilth to determine the right match of equipment for your seed bed preparation needs.

The Case IH Tiger-Mate 200 field cultivator can be equipped with a number of Advanced Leveling System (ALS) or Advanced Conditioning System (ACS) harrows (with or without the crumbler) to properly distribute residue, size clods and firm the seed zone and prepare the most effective seed bed for your crops. It is also important to consider your soil type and weather patterns when making your decision. Harder clay soils require more clod downsizing for optimum seed beds. Mellower soils with greater amounts of organic matter require more soil firming to maximizing seed bed conditions. Your Case IH yield-till system dealer can help equip your Tiger-Mate 200 with the right seed bed finishing system to maximize your yields and ROI.
